Ordering
The offer for sale of our products is subject to stock availability. Orders can be taken by our secure online site.

Although we take great care in describing and presenting the articles sold as precisely as possible, some errors might occur. In this case, we cannot in any way be considered responsible. The photographs showing the articles have an indicative value only due to changes which may occur during transcription on to the site.

Due to our purveyors, we may be obliged to deliver an item whose manufacture may be slightly different from the one described, but will always be in keeping with our quality requirements. In this case and if you are not fully satisfied, you will be able to return the item for an exchange or a refund.

Prices
Our prices are shown in US Dollars. They are guaranteed except in the case of a typographical or printing error. Payment is made by Paypal and so currencies available through Paypal can also be used. Prices do not include post and packing charges currently applied for delivery (see "delivery"). Invoices should be kept and delivery notes enclosed with any article returned for an exchange or a refund. You may contact us by phone on (see « Contact us ») to check the price of the items if unclear.

Order Confirmation
The contract is concluded when the customer issues confirmation of his/her order.
Kuki will send an e-mail confirming your order within 3 working days.
You may also print out your order.

Delivery
Direct to your door, at a friend's or neighbour's, where you are staying on holiday or at work...we will deliver your parcel to the address of your choice, anywhere in the world. Simply state the delivery address clearly when placing the order via the internet.
Your order will be delivered by airmail. Please note that we aim to deliver in the time frames noted below.

If an article is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will send it out as soon as it becomes available and will inform you by email accordingly.

If you wish to ship to multiple addresses please place separate orders for each shipping address.

Duties
The customer will be liable for all duties or levies payable at any foreign port delivery of goods outside Hong Kong.

Payment
All payments are made using Paypal and customers will be required to have a Paypal account to engage in a transaction. New accounts can be set up in order to complete a transaction at the time of purchase. Please refer to the paypal web site for all details associated with this system.

Customers are bound by terms and conditions manifested by Paypal

Exchange and Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your Kuki purchase. However, we are happy to exchange or refund if you are not entirely satisfied.

Please notify us within 5 days and return goods in original packaging within 14 days to:

Items will be fully refunded or exchanged providing they are unworn and in the same condition as when they arrived and you have taken care to ensure the items are received by us and not damaged in transit.

If you received a gift from our website, you may return the item for an exchange only

Post and packing costs are non refundable unless good have been received faulty. We are not responsible for return postage or packages that do not reach us.

Please make sure you retain proof of postage.

We deliver wherever you wish, worldwide. We can deliver your birth gifts, birthday gifts... or for any other events. Just click the gift note button during checkout

Each item is wrapped in a beautiful tissue paper and presented within a high quality branded gift box, with your message included. Simply let us know your message and we will hand write it onto a Kuki card. We will check that no price is indicated on your articles.

Please allow an additional 2 working days on top of our stated delivery time frames for gift deliveries. This service will cost an extra charge of $4.50 US Dollars.
